Recap ‘Streets of Copenhagen – Street art meets Graffiti’

And so the show ‘Streets of Copenhagen – street art meets graffiti’ is over. A full month of street art and graffiti in a massive space in Carlsberg’s old brewery locations in Copenhagen. Well more than 2000 m2 with paintings on the walls, on the floors, down the side alleys – and on canvases, wooden boards, bricks even.

We’ve met a lot of great people and made many new friendships. A lot of great art has been made even after the vernissage – all things counted some 10-15 new pieces over the  course of the month that the show has been running for.

Well Done Daphne would like to thank everyone involved, the artists, Bates, Great, Soten, Poet, Miss Take, Kissmama, Don John, Basco 5, Teiser (on a wild card), and Anna (who pulled an important all-nighter along with Miss Take the night before the vernissage); and the people from Urban Help, Rune and Stine.

We’d also like to thank Jakob Bjorndahl and our good friend James for the great job on getting the pics to hang in free air from columns and pipes running around in the area and Frederik Høyer-Christensen for the taking all the amazing pics, which we’ve decided to use for the extensive gallery below.

Please enjoy!
